Enneagram
The Enneagram is not just another personality test. Yes, it does tell us a lot about our personalities. But the most amazing thing it does is highlight the motivations behind our behaviors. It helps us identify behavior patterns that are keeping us stuck and gives us a path to grow beyond them.
Exploring the Enneagram as an individual can lead to profound growth in self awareness. Exploring the Enneagram as a team can lead to unprecedented team breakthoughs.
The Enneagram gives us a framework for understanding how we show up and why. It gives us the awareness to stop ourselves from reacting in ways that aren’t getting the results we want. And, in turn it gives us the understanding to know how to make the changes that will get those results.
I use it as the foundation of my coaching, and consider it a fast track to getting you where you want to go and beyond.
Most people encounter the Enneagram through a book, a quiz, or a weekend workshop — they walk away knowing their number, but not really knowing themselves. My work is different. I don't just teach you the Enneagram, I help you use it as a tool for life.
What makes this work powerful is that we don't stop at insight. Insight alone rarely creates change — you can know exactly why you do something and still keep doing it. We go a layer deeper, into the motivations and fears driving the pattern. This is where self-awareness becomes a superpower rather than just self-knowledge. You begin to notice the moment before the old pattern takes over, and you have a real choice in what happens next.
This is deeply personal work, and I treat it that way. Every session is tailored to what you're actually facing — a leadership challenge, a relationship dynamic, a season of burnout, a decision you can't seem to make. We take the framework and apply it directly to your life, so the growth isn't theoretical. It's the kind of self-understanding that changes how you lead, how you love, and how you move through the world — on purpose, instead of on autopilot.
The Work
Leadership Development and Teams
Most workplace personality assessments stop at behavior. They tell you that someone is direct, or detail-oriented, or a "connector" — a helpful vocabulary for how people show up, but not for why. Teams end up with a shared language for describing each other, but not a shared understanding of each other. That's the gap the Enneagram closes. It doesn't just categorize behavior — it explains the motivation underneath it, which is where real communication and trust are actually built.
When a team understands why a colleague pushes for consensus, or why another needs time alone to process before speaking up in a meeting, everything shifts. Conflict stops feeling personal and starts feeling explainable. Leaders stop managing people as generic "types" and start understanding what each individual on their team actually needs to feel heard, valued, and safe enough to do their best work. That's the difference between a team that tolerates each other and a team that genuinely trusts each other.
This is the work I bring into organizations: not a one-time workshop where people learn their number and move on, but a deeper, ongoing exploration of what drives the people you lead — and what drives you. Leadership development through the Enneagram means understanding your own patterns well enough to lead from your strengths instead of your blind spots, and understanding your team well enough to bring out the best in each of them. The result isn't just a team that works better together — it's a culture built on genuine understanding, not just proximity.
